Winter has certainly come upon us quickly and with a vengeance. Is your shore property secure and are all systems operating properly? Are you SURE? We are now providing a worry free house watch service for your investment. At Sure Home Maintenance we are offering a winter checkup and weekly inspection of your home. We will provide weekly inspections of your property to insure that:
- your heating system is functioning properly
- no plumbing problems exist; water leaks, toilets running
- assess for any internal or external storm or water damage
- electrical system is operating properly and continuously
- other services as requested
We will leave a weekly checklist in your home to verify that our duties were performed and if you wish, email you a copy. Should any damage have occurred or systems not working, you will be notified and we will take whatever remedies you deem necessary. Upon your approval we will repair any damage or seek outside contractors should the problems be beyond our scope of services. As this is an inspection service we are not responsible for damage that has occurred prior to or between visits. Our responsibility is to limit any damage which may have occurred or mitigate any damages prior to occurrence.
We are offering this service weekly and more frequently as the temperature varies or weather worsens. However, should you require more frequent visits we will also service your request. Based upon your needs, billing will be completed on a monthly basis, in advance. A seasonal contract arrangement is available for early commitments in October.
